Active Sitting - “Sitting like a queen”


  1. Begin sitting in a chair with feet flat on the floor. 

  2. Sit upright with a slight arch in the low back. 

  3. Activate core muscles. 

  4. Head, shoulders, and hips should all be in alignment.





Supported Sitting with Lumbar Roll


  1. Begin sitting in a chair with feet flat on the floor. 

  2. Sit upright using the chair backrest for support.

  3. Place a rolled up towel or pillow behind your lumbar curve.
