Teresa Bertrand is a Certified Massage Therapist from Lake Tahoe who will be offering therapeutic massage at Flow Physical Therapy. She has 18 years of experience gained from training at Baum Healing Arts, working sports events around the Sierra and supplemental courses including- Tui Na, Lomi Lomi, therapeutic cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic massage & Thai massage. Teresa has treated a range of clients from people recovering from physical injuries or surgery to athletes recovering from grueling physical events, older folks seeking pain relief and improved circulation as well as children being introduced to self-care. And of course, those who simply want to relieve the stress of the day.
 
"My passion is helping people come into alignment with their true nature. I draw from a wide spectrum of modalities from therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping and sports massage. I integrate different modalities to address any areas of discomfort and each massage is a skillful blend of techniques depending on your present condition. We will discuss specific goals you would like to achieve ranging from a nurturing, relaxing massage, pain reduction or muscle tightness. Teresa recently sold an award-winning business in the Tahoe region to be able to focus more on individual client needs and is excited to be able to share her skills in Sausalito while continuously expanding her knowledge of bodywork.
