Feet are parallel - standing square
Draw up your pelvic floor - pelvic bowl in neutral (see below)
Engage your abdominals - “zip up your internal zipper”
Stack your ribs over your pelvis - ribs not flared out or downward
Shoulders relaxed slightly down and back
Eyes are straight forward
Slightly draw crown upward - like a string is going up through the top of your head
