PRINCIPLE 1: GIVE YOUR BONES IMPACT

Bones stay strong with regular load. Safe impact, like walking, hopping, or light jumping, keeps bones dense. Try double- and single-leg hops with light, quick contact - no pain.

PRINCIPLE 2: PRACTICE AGILITY

Stay fast and responsive. Mini-tramp running and skier drills train quick direction changes and coordination while reducing joint stress.

PRINCIPLE 3: LIFT HEAVY; DO IT SAFELY

Lifting heavier builds strength. Progress slowly with controlled form. Double kettlebell swings build full-body power when done safely.

PRINCIPLE 4: PRACTICE BALANCE

Balance protects joints and prevents falls. Slow, controlled step-ups improve stability and one-leg strength.

PRINCIPLE 5: ENJOY FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility keeps joints moving and reduces strain. Calf wedge stretches target the lower leg.

PRINCIPLE 6: REST AND RESTORE

Recovery is key. Rest days, good sleep, and calm breathing let the body adapt and heal. Progress comes from balancing training with restoration.

Movement IS Medicine.
